This is a sheer open-front duster or kimono-style cardigan. It features a very lightweight, translucent fabric that drapes loosely. The defining characteristic is the abundant ruffling; ruffles cascade down the entire length of the open front edges, from the neckline to the hem. Or it could wear as caftan or beach cover-up dress. It has a V-neckline and a cascade of ruffles running down the center front. The sleeves are long and wide, also featuring ruffles at the cuffs and possibly along the sleeve length.
